In his gestural paintings, Pablo Tomek (French, b. 1988) blends graffiti techniques and imagery with the formal qualities of Abstract Expressionism. His work has been exhibited at galleries and art fairs throughout Europe. A self-taught artist, Tomek started out as a graffiti writer with the collective PAL and later transitioned to studio painting.
