C.T.L. Neo Type 2 Denim Jacket from Okayama-based label COTTLE in Washed Ecru Asagi Indigo.
Features the unique Asagi Indigo denim blend of 91% cotton and 9% linen, and a natural cow leather patch. The placket, The back of the cuffs, and the tabs on the waist belt have a unique Cottle patterned indigo aqua selvedge. Also features original casting cast buttons made of pewter (tin).
The Asagi Indigo fabric concept took about 3 years to fully develop. Originally developed by Kichinosuke Tonomura at the Kurashiki Honzome Handwoven Research Institute, Cottle wanted to reproduce his iconic indigo and bengara dyed selvedge denim for this garment.
